We really enjoyed our stay.
Nice, fresch and clean rooms.

The restsurant deliver tasty and good food both for dinner and breakfastbuffe.
Area is beautiful.
Outdoor pool is not in operation now in September, don't know if it even is during sumner?
Sauna is nice and there is a gym.

Some Rooms are not, like ours not are, easy to reach for handicappped.

Perfect stay after a week of camping. The hotel is good with the facilities you need and a really nice view over Olso if the weather allows it. But the staff really made it 5 stars. Super friendly and helpfull!
Do not book this hotel if you expect fantastic views!
They promise you that you will have a fantastic view of the city or the water from every room. That turns out not to be true. Because the trees have grown, you only have a nice view of the city or the water in a limited number of rooms. You have to drive quite a bit up the mountain (about 7 km from the edge of the city). So, you have to go down and up every day while the view is only beautiful from the terrace. This is misleading in our opinion. Only book if you don't care about the promised view.
And the sauna turns out to be a separate male / female sauna. Nice if you want to use the sauna with your partner ...
Good place for arranging parties and for locals living close it is a good alternative for take-away pizzas as there are few pizzerias close by. Exceptional location if you would like to live at the roof of Oslo. This place once was Norways gift to Sweden.
